Having completed her Diploma in Hospitality Management and graduating with a High Distinction in her Certificate in Cordon bleu “Cuisine de Basé”, Jennifer Maait has had over 7 years experience working within the food industry. It wasn’t until six years ago, after completing a cake decorating course at Ryde TAFE that she realised her true passion and potential in creating masterpieces with an edible medium – cake!
Jennifer discovered that she had an incredible talent with a keen eye for detail, so she attended private classes with a cake decorating specialist to build her skills to the high standard they are today.
Her portfolio is nothing short of amazing with traditional, contemporary and novelty designs modeled into 2D and 3D shapes for all occasion from weddings and christenings to 1st and 50th birthdays. She has mastered hand crafting of a variety of sugar flowers. These, together with an assortment of crystals, diamantes, fine ribbons, fresh flowers and even working fairy lights are adorned onto the cakes to make them the perfect addition to your memorable occasion.
