Desserts and delights

Other than make amazing cakes, I have included a list below of other services and products that we offer:

• Cup cakes made to order and designed to suit your occasion
• Hand made French Truffles (Dark chocolate ganache balls, can be infused with different flavours, come covered in dutch cocoa, coconut, crushed nuts or chocolate freckles
  (per kilo – approx 90 balls)
• Shortbread Cookies which come in any shape to suit your occasion, iced with sugar fondant and decorated to suit your theme (unwrapped, or packaged in cellophane with ribbon)
• Mini Chocolate mousse cups decorated with fresh strawberries and chocolate wafers (minimum 12)
• Selection of mini tartlets (strawberry tart, lemon meringue, fruit tarts, chocolate mousse, caramel and macadamia) (minimum 12, or 3 platters on a stand with 54 tartlets)
• Mini meringues filled with Irish Cream and topped with fresh strawberries and passionfruit (per dozen)
• Mini Triple Chocolate cups made with dark chocolate base and filled with creamy chocolate mousse and topped with a white chocolate fan (Small, Medium, minimum 12 cups)
• Our selection of cake flavours iced with butter cream or chocolate ganache, with plain or patterned Chocolate walls, fresh strawberries or miniature chocolate decorations
