Confirmation of Orders

A detailed confirmation sheet will be sent when proceeding with an order. This needs to be read, checked thoroughly, print, signed and returned via email or fax. Orders will not proceed unless Impressions Cake Design has received confirmation in writing.

Payments

Payments can be made via internet banking funds transfer, cheque or cash. All payments need to be processed and cleared 2 days prior to the event.

Delivery for Cakes

Delivery service is available upon request. Delivery fees will depend on destination and setup requirements. Delivery will not be made without full payment 2 days prior to the event.

Delivery for Christmas Products

Delivery service is available upon request, delivery fee will depend on destination. Please allow up to two days minimum for delivery. Delivery will not be made without full payment.

Design and consultation meetings are strictly by appointment only. Please contact Jennifer to make a booking on 0402 010 287.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee will apply to any order canceled within two weeks prior to the event.
